Jellysheet is an aerogel based thin insulation sheet type product with excellent thermal insulation, dielectric and non-combustible properties.
Aerogel, fibers and solvents are mixed together to form Aerogel Jelly and pressed under rollers to produce thin sheets with controlled thickness followed by drying and cutting to various sizes.
The product shows excellent hydrophobic properties and can be manufactured in lower thickness (0.5~2mm) and various sizes.
The purpose of the product is to use aerogel sheet as separator in between cells to prevent continuous explosion of cells caused by fire spreading when the cells are exposed to shock.
